I have a defective DVD or blu-ray disc, what do I do?

If you have purchased a DVD or blu-ray movie from us online & and it appears defective, you can exchange it for the same title, provided the following criteria are met:

  • The movie must have been purchased within the past 7 days
  • The error must be reproducible when tested in our dvd/blu-ray players.

You can either bring the movie in to one of our stores with proof of purchase, or you request an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) via email and then ship the product back to us. In either case, we will test the disc for the defect you have described to us. If we can reproduce the error, we will replace the movie with the same title. If we cannot reproduce the error, we will ship the disc back to you at your expense, or you can pick it up in store.

In the event that we do not have the same movie title in stock, or cannot obtain it in a reasonable timeframe, we will allow you to select a different in-stock title of the same retail value as a replacement.
